Pharus está ubicado junto al mar, en el litoral de arena negra volcánica de Playa del Aguila, dentro de un complejo de singular arquitectura con piscina heated, acceso privado a la playa y maravillosas vistas. El interior del apartamento está inspirado en la simplicidad de las antiguas casas de playa fusionando el estilo mediterráneo con el atlántico. Der wunderschöne Bungalow ist renoviert, modern eingerichtet und nur ein paar Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Durch die große Schiebetüre läßt sich der Wohnbereich mit der Terrasse verbinden und somit jede Mahlzeit herrlich im Freien genießen. Sowohl die komplett und reichlich eingerichtete Küche, das moderne Bad mit Regendusche, das klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, als auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick überTerrasse, Pool und Palmen versprechen schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage.

Con vistas al mar y acceso directo a la mejor zona de la playa de San Agustín, tranquila, sin viento y con sol de frente todo el día. Ocean Suite, recién reformado, se ubica dentro del exclusivo complejo Nueva Suecia. Apartamento pequeño pero muy bonito, con un gran ventanal que lo hace muy luminoso. Dispone de terraza-solárium, dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, salón-comedor, baño y parking privado. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, WiFi y Smart TV. Supermercado y restaurantes a pocos pasos.

Acogedor con sala de estar con sofa cama y dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, cocina y baño independiente, dispone de un restaurante todo dentro de un hotel. Ubicado frente a un centro comercial con farmacias ,mercados, restaurantes, discotecas y al lado de la playa. Situado en el sur de la isla en unos de los puntos más turisticos y visitados. Dispone de Piscinas una para adultos y otra para niños

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Piso totalmente reformado en zona tranquila del Tablero. Consta de dos dormitorios y un baño. Cocina totalmente equipada con mesita de desayuno y zona de lavadero. La casa es muy luminosa con acceso a una amplia terraza privada. Primera planta con escalones para acceder a la vivienda. Es necesario respetar las normas comunitarias.
