Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa villetta fronte mare in una posizione unica per il suo genere a due passi dal centro di Torre Colimena, dalle spiaggie e dall'oasi Saline Monaci. Si tratta di una casa tipicamente "marina" arredata con amore dal proprietario (o, meglio, da sua moglie). Tutto veramente a dimensione d'uomo. Per chi ama la tranquillità, il mare, i tramonti e la natura ed ha voglia di ritrovare sè stesso. Direi una vacanza stupenda in una posizione da sogno.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, etwas oberhalb des Meeres. Man kann auf der überdachten Terrasse den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Es ist ruhig, man hört das Meeresrauschen und das freundliche Rascheln von Vögeln und hübschen Salamandern. Die Natur rundherum ist schön, im gepflegten Garten kann man sich gut aufhalten, es gibt Kräuter und einen Zitronenbaum. Ganz nahe kann man auf einem kleinen Weg oberhalb des Meeres an der steilen Küste durch die wohlduftende Natur spazieren. Im Garten konnten wir eine Tischtennisplatte benutzen, sehr zur Freude unseres Sohnes. Ein Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes war der freundliche Empfang von Raffaele, auf italienisch, mit Händen und Füßen, mit echter Herzlichkeit. Bei Problemen war er sofort hilfreich zur Stelle und dennoch auf freundliche Diskretion bedacht. Für vier Personen war großzügig Platz und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir durften alles nutzen was vorrätig war, das war wirklich sehr nett! Der Aufenthalt war richtig toll!!!

Ho alloggiato in questa splendida casa per le vacanze di Natale con la mia famiglia. Locali grandi e molto accoglienti,la casa arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in cucina non mancava proprio nulla.Gli spazi esterni molto curati. La signora Lorella è una persona fantastica ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha coccolati nel vero senso della parola facendoci trovare addobbi Natalizi, un cestino di benvenuto, ci ha portato la mattina dopo al nostro arrivo dei pasticciotti caldi buonissimi e la mattina di Natale dei dolci tipici fatti da lei, i purcedduzzi. Ringrazio di cuore la signora Lorella e suo marito per tutto!

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

I loved this apartment so much! It is spacious, exquisitely decorated, and there are treasures at every turn. In addition to having wonderful style, it was also really comfortable (the bed was great!) with everything I needed for my week-long stay. The location is central and the view from the kitchen is really special, looking over il porto vecchio (the old port); I will miss watching the fisherman prepare for their day as well as the light had everything sparkle. On top of that, Fabrizio! He is such an incredible host: so kind and generous, he was available to help me with anything I needed. His exceptional hospitality made me feel really at home in Monopoli. I look forward to returning to stay at this magical place soon!

Maira was a fabulous host and the Lamanna Summer House did not disappoint. Great location, everything was walkable, lots of character and peaceful.

Gute Lage, Bäckerei, kleine Supermärkte und Lokale in der Nähe. Trotz Erdgeschoß ruhig und angemehm mit Blick auf das Meer. Kleine Strände in gehweite ... vor der Türe und nicht weit weg. 10 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt, Parkplatz vor der Türe (kostenfrei). Eine super Unterkunft - auch für Familien gut geeignet.

Mauro was extremely helpful and available. I loved all the bright light and the ability to have windows open for fresh air in the apartment. The bed was comfortable. Very close to the main street of the historic center and the harbor. The bathroom is small but functional, shower is roomy.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso Villa Palibella. La villa ha superato le nostre aspettative, soprattutto grazie alla splendida piscina e alla cura della struttura. L'intera area è incantevole e perfettamente tenuta. Un altro punto forte è la pulizia impeccabile, che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio dal primo momento.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Anfang Juni, hatten wir den Außenbereich sogar meist für uns. Der Pool ist toll und der Garten super schön angelegt und bepflanzt. Die Wohnung Dune hat eine oder sogar fast schon zwei großzügige Terrassen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sogar Wäschewaschen war möglich. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und seine Ruhe haben.

Beautiful modern villa with sea views, all the conveniences, great aircon, best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental, great outdoor living areas and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for friends and family. Host was very helpful including with local business referral we needed during our travel. Castro is a beautiful coastal village and this house is walking distance - though via a busy road with no shoulder. Please be aware walking requires use of lots of stairs down to marina restaurant area or up to centro storico restaurant area. There are parking lots you can use to get close and have less stairs so don't let that deter you.

Francesco war schon im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Airbnb ist gigantisch! Der Indoorpool ist das Highlight! Der historische Kern von Monopoli ist in Kürze zu Fuss erreichbar mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank 🫶🏻

Es war wunderschön und alles wie beschrieben bzw auf den Fotos. Trotz Straße vor dem Grundstück ist es ein ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Auf der Straße fahren hauptsächlich am Nachmittag ein paar Autos, ansonsten ist es ruhig. Bei uns waren die restlichen Ferienhäuser in der Nähe leer, so dass wir sehr ruhig gelebt haben. Der Garten ist phantastisch mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Hinter dem Haus kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen, entweder an der Küste entlang oder über die Wiesen und Höfe, wo viel Gemüse angebaut wird. Bei uns hat alles bunt geblüht und das Gemüse wuchs. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!

Simona est une hôte très gentille, qui fait son maximum pour vous mettre à l'aise et vous renseigner sur les alentours. La maison a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Accès direct sur la plage Je recommande !

L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. This place is located at an extremely beautiful spot on the cost. The views are stunning the seaside beautiful and the plantation as well. We enjoyed the swimming spot and the several places to sit under the trees. Very special. The place is furnished in a simple way - for days when the weather is bad it could be a little more cosy in the living room. But we were lucky with the sun out most of the time. Also I found the before check in procedure a little complicated compared to other Airbnb’s but this is explained beforehand so guests should be aware and Oliver and his team are very responsive and helpful in the whole procedere. I personally think that the signs in the house which remind you to empty the bins and threaten you with high fines a little too much but I guess it’s due to bad experiences beforehand. All und all I recommend this place and would love to return.

Very cozy condo with sea view. Walkable distance to the beach. Cozy interior with lots of small details which makes you fell like home. Owner was communicating well and often, solving any minor issues swiftly. Recommended!

Alles vorgefunden wie es beschrieben ist. Die Einheit ist zwar klein (kleines Schlafzimmer, Küche und eine große Terrasse) aber hier im Süden bei schönem Wetter ist man eben den ganzen Tag draußen. Wir waren sechs Wochen hier und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alessandro antwortet immer schnell auf alle Anfragen und ist auch während des Aufenthaltes immer per mail whats app oder Telefon erreichbar. Der sympathische und hilfsbereite Vater von Alessandro schaut ab und zu vorbei und ist Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Allerdings kann er kein deutsch und nur sehr wenig englisch, aber irgendwie ging es immer. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und man ist meistens allein. Besonders gut hat uns der gemauerte Grill gefallen den wir auch viel für BBQ benutzen. Super ist auch die Außendusche. Schnorcheln am felsigen Strand direkt ein paar Stufen unterhalb der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Fischschwärme, Muränen, Sepias und Hornhechte waren immer zu sehen. Auto ist ein muss! Der nächste Supermarkt ist mindestens 3 km entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank Alessandro.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Nido del Salento hat uns mit seiner liebevollen Einrichtung, der Sauberkeit und der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Besonders schön war der liebevoll vorbereitete Willkommenskorb – mit ausreichend Leckereien für das erste Abendessen und ein gemütliches Frühstück: inklusive einer Karaffe köstlichen regionalen Weins, hausgemachter Marmelade und Tomatensoße. Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und wohl – nicht wie ein fremder Gast, sondern wie bei Freunden. Elma und Vincenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig sehr respektvoll. Trotz aller Herzlichkeit wurde unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit gewahrt. Man hatte das Gefühl, das gesamte Anwesen ganz für sich allein zu haben – perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Eine wunderbare Basis, um Salento zu erkunden. Jederzeit wieder!
