The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo. The property is spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy!

Enjoy this newly renovated cozy retreat in the borough of Kittanning! This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment loft is located 41 miles from Pittsburgh. The loft is above a dental office and across from the Armstrong Trail hence the name “Tooth and Trail.” It’s within walking distance to downtown Kittanning to restaurants, bars, shops and the Allegheny River. Located only 35 miles from downtown Pittsburgh. For cyclists and hikers, near the the Armstrong Trail (38 mile biking/ hiking trail), only 5 minute drive to the popular hiking destination of Buttermilk Falls. There is a boat ramp a mile down the road. Community Park, shopping and restaurants within walking distance of home.
