This was a return visit of a group of medical professionals taking continuing education class in the area. Villa favorita is perfect for our large group. Lots of space for everyone to have their own bedroom but also to come together for group dinners and class discussion.

This place was immaculately clean - far exceeding the average airbnb stay. Hosts were responsive & there is literally a 2 minute walk, paved and then boardwalk, to the ocean.

Great getaway location with beautiful views and plenty of space to enjoy and relax for a few days.

Tats place was great, well maintained. There could be additional seating in the lounge to accommodate more people. There was a small issue with water but Tat was quick to respond and resolve. Overall our stay was comfortable and would recommend

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Beautiful water views and great central location! Hot tub and fireplace were a welcome addition given the chilly, rainy weather the first few days. Stunning hikes in many directions 30-120mins away. House was well-used compared to the photos but well-equipped and laid out.

My husband and I stayed at Nicole's place with another couple for two nights. Nicole left us a thoughtful welcome sign and treats upon check in, which we appreciated. The place is in a very well maintained condo complex with multiple pools and beautiful grounds. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything a hotel might have (hair dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.) and more. We loved the little balcony that overlooked a pond with a fountain, ducks, and songbirds. Location-wise, it's perfect! Less than a 10-minute drive to Mohegan Sun, and lots of places to eat nearby. We had a great brunch at Herb's, a local landmark diner. We would definitely choose Nicole's place if we return to the Norwich area!

We really loved our stay at this home. It was an easy walk to the beach and we used the cart at the house to lug our stuff. The home was comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed the balcony look out at the pond. The place also came with some credit to rent bikes and we are so glad we did because biking around Kiawah is so lovely. They were always very communicative, giving lots of clear instructions and information. They were also great at answering my questions. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We eloped at this beautiful home this weekend! Kitchen was amazing and loved by the private chef we hired! It had so many areas for great photos and lots of space to get ready for our intimate little ceremony! Beds super cozy, lots of towels and amenities!

The place was as described with tons of space indoors and outside. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. It was a relaxing night with no interruptions. We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect — so close to the beach and the pool, which made it ideal for our family. The townhouse itself was awesome and had everything we could possibly need for our week-long stay. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the owner was fantastic — very responsive and helpful throughout. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back for another visit!
