Appreciated that the host allowed us to stay even though we reserved it the same day we needed to check in and she allowed us to keep our snowmobile trailer there for the remainder of the day after checkout definitely will stay again.

My partner and l had a good time and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy to access and l loved how organized the place was. The flexibility to cook was a steal and oh and the Cinema 🎥 Will definitely come back and recommend the place

Amit's home is beautiful, new, clean and quiet. The high ceilings, big windows and open space feels luxurious and comfortable. We wanted this neighborhood and are so glad we chose this individual, private home versus the many high rise apartments. The location was exactly what we needed to be close to our daughter who lives in Chicago and we were a 20 minute walk from Lincoln Park, 3 minutes away from tons of great restaurants, shopping, coffee spaces and bars. It felt very safe. We had a question about wifi and Amit responded and fixed our issues immediately. I'd highly recommend.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Enjoyed my Stay Beds super comfy and could have slept on couch it’s also super comfortable. Place exactly as described. New appliances, well decorated, would definitely book again. Host was responsive and accommodating. Always found parking which was a plus.

Pros: * Very close to Georgia Tech & downtown sights. Walkable. * Easy check-in process. Responsive host. Note that the stay requires installation of a phone app to access home. * Spacious 3 floor townhouse that you have to yourself (Basement: garage & den; Street level: front door, living room, kitchen, half bath; Second floor: 2 bedrooms each with attached full bath). * Clean with plenty of bedding, linens, towels. * All furniture, fully equipped kitchen that one needs for a short or extended stay, coffee pods, sugar, creamer & some snacks/water provided. * Good WiFi. Cons: * Furniture & decor a bit dated, so not to everyone’s taste. * Smaller bedroom toilet flush can be quirky & took away from the otherwise great experience. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

We had a fantastic stay at this welcoming and homey place! The place was beautifully maintained and had all of the amenities we could ask for - especially the hot tub, which quickly became our favorite spot to unwind. During our visit, we experienced some unexpected issues due extreme weather, but Richard was incredibly responsive and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes. Beyond the beautiful space, Richard stood out as one of the best hosts we ever experienced!!! He clearly cares deeply about both the property and the experience of his guests. Highly recommend staying here and we are always looking forward to our next visit!!

The home is beautiful, very clean, in an excellent location, with an easy to access driveway (not steep), and a very responsive host. The large kitchen, game room, theater room, and plenty of space to spread out was wonderful! Our family had an excellent stay!

Absolutely beautiful home, my family was conformable during the entire stay! Quiet neighborhood and great location. Super clean! I definitely recommend for a larger group. We had 11 people and not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and had fantastic entertainment options for kids. We especially loved the home theater. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean & well stocked with all of the necessary essentials needed. Hosts were prompt with responding and made sure that we were comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze. Super simple. I definitely recommend this listing if you’re planning on traveling to Airmont.

As a family that is pretty picky with where we stay this was by far one of the best places and best host. They were super responsive and helpful, we made contact many times and they were always helpful, kind and responsive. It was a fantastic place to stay, we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to. so many beautiful places to visit near by. Great shopping and food. one amazing place super near by is Pickens Nose. A must visit. The place is super kid friendly, kids all all ages will love this. The bathrooms were super nice. we felt right at home all the way around. we found everything we needed was provided. As a family that cooks all our meals it worked perfect. This is a dream for parents with children! From a small nursery to bath soap and lotion. It made traveling with 3 small children a breeze.

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

It was perfect for my time away from home! Ideal location, outside of town a bit. Very relaxing with all the amenities! I could not have picked a better location. Mitch was easy to contact, and quickly responsive but I didn't have any issues, all his rules were easy to follow and straight forward. I highly recommend this listing!

We stayed at Closer to Heaven unfortunately during Tropical Storm Debby. I’m glad we were in this place though. It was perfect for my family (4 little kids) to hunker down and play games, puzzles, and watch movies. They were great at helping us get passes for the pool next door which was a lot of fun for the little kids. It was nice not having to bring beach towels and the location was really easy to get to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone with a big group.

Great condo, peaceful atmosphere in a great safe location. Owner was very responsive to questions and made everything a breeze. Very clean and enjoyable stay!

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

If you're considering staying here, I encourage you to do it. Will's place is fun and in a great location. We came for a few days to be tourists and most of the things we wanted to do were a 10-15 minute Uber. We really enjoyed the mexican restaurant next door for both weekend brunch and dinner. The 12 minute walk to Wrigley was so convenient. King bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the necessities if you wanted to cook.

Everything was very clean and comfortable definitely recommend this spot.

If I ever have another event at the Rogers Centre or anything nearby I will absolutely be checking to see if this space is available. As someone who never has driven in Toronto Julian's easy to follow instructions made it a breeze, & the parking in the secure parking garage made us feel all the better. Julian was so understanding for our arrival & helped us every step of the way. The fact I was able to walk to both of my concerts & be in my seat within half an hour of leaving this apartment was outstanding. Thank you so much Julian, you have a repeat customer for sure!

This place is beautiful, quiet, not busy (at least in early April), beach is clean, friendly neighborhood-if we return to this area we will try to obtain the same condo. Rebecca our host went so far above and beyond what was expected-when I arrived at the wrong place, when I asked about early check-in, and when I drove off with their parking pass. We have rented Airbnbs many times all over the US and Central America, and I can tell you Rebecca is by far the best host we have ever had. Her immediate response to some of my questions was priceless.

Rodrigo’s place was beautiful and in a superb location! There were a few hiccups in the beginning but Rodrigo made every effort to fix the issues as swiftly as possible. The apartment has many great details such as towel warmers and two balconies. The hotel itself had some really awesome amenities such as an indoor pool and a movie theater. There is also beach access behind the hotel. We had a great experience at Rodrigo’s and I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Ocean City Maryland!
