The property is located in a private gated community with a couple of food options right around the corner. Santa Maria beach is just a short walk away, less than a mile down a dirt road.

If you have any activities in mind, let me know I can set you up with hiking volcanos, biking, horseback riding, kayaking the Padre Ramos estuary, surf lessons, yoga classes, or anything else that interests you.

This is a spacious open floor plan house - 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus office. There is a gated courtyard and elevated coffee sipping, cocktail enjoying, yoga deck. Safe, secure, private. Located 250m South of Punta Aposentillo and 250m north of the world class surf break ‘the boom'. The property is in a gated community. There is an onsite caretaker to help with anything you need. He also does ding repair and shoots photos/videos if you need! His wife is a massage therapist too!
