La mini casa è un ambiente unico, esclusivo ed autonomo nasce da uno scrupoloso recupero di una antica casina colonica degli anni 30. Siamo in Costiera Amalfitana, in località Raito / Albori (tra i borghi più belli d'Italia). L’ambiente piccolo ricorda gli spazi interni di uno yacth. Un vero nido d'amore.Profondamente ristrutturata attraverso l' impiego dei materiali locali, dalla ceramica vietrese alle pietre dei monti Lattari.Giardino di 200mq.Ideale per giovani coppie e amanti della natura.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Massima tranquillità con vista mozzafiato e idromassaggio. Zona molto strategica per visitare le migliori città toscane, come Firenze, Siena e Arezzo . Esperienza fantastica e rilassante.

RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
