"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

La struttura si trova a Berra (Fe). Gli ospiti, (f.no a 6) hanno a disposizione l'intero piano con bagno e idromassaggio indipendenti (circa 160mq): ingresso, ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo, una grande cucina e portico arredato con tavolo in legno e barbecue. La zona notte è composta invece, da due camere matrimoniali, alle quali è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo supplementare. Cucina completa di tutto il necessario. House Naomi je smještena u mjestu Rakovica, Irinovac 171, oko 8 kilometara od Plitvičkih jezera i oko 20 kilometara od Rastoka ( Slunj ). U apatrmanu se nalaze 2 velike sobe, 2 velike kupaonice, kuhinja, dnevni boravak i veliki balkon. Gosti u House Naomi mogu se opustiti u mirnom vrtu uz šalicu domaće rakije na terasi i uživati u roštilju. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko restorana koji poslužuju raznovrsna jela. Oko 6 kilometara od House Naomi se nalaze Baraćeve Špilje koje morate posjetiti. :)

My house is situated in the historic centre of Minerbio , opposite the old Isolani castle, only 30 minutes far from Bologna ; the bus stop (93) is in front of the house. The bus arrives downtown, near the exhibition and at the railwaystation of Bologna. Peaceful, new and comfortable; cool in summer. The main shops, cafeterias and restaurants are under the arcade, just nearby. You'll also like staying here thanks to the small back garden.
