E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 10€ a persona (6€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Podere Vergianoni è un antica e autentica casa colonica risalente al 1600 situata nelle splendide colline del Chianti in Toscana . L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The flat is on the first floor of a classic Tuscan farmhouse called ‘Biofattoria l'Upupa’. Magnificent hillside location between the Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi. Suitable for families with children. Consisting of kitchen, large living room, bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat is equipped with wifi. Free parking on private property. Complete breakfast kit including homemade cakes.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
