Ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a mezzanine. Heating with pellet stove during the day (managed daily and directly by the host who therefore needs to access the accommodation every morning) and heaters for the night. 5 places: a 2 beds room, a main room (2 single beds or a double) with balcony and the 5th bed on the mezzanine. Toilet with shower. Full equipped dining/living room (microwave oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, washing machine) Proximity to the Dolonne gondola lift, the Dolonne fun park and the bus stop. The Forum Sport Center with its skating rink is only a 10-minute walk away; here are important trails like the TOR DES GEANTS or the ULTRA TRAIL DU MONT BLANC or the Italian cross-country championships! The house is also located practically on the trail of the TOUR DU MONT BLANC, which descends from the Chécrouit. The center of Courmayeur can be reached by a pleasant walk of about 12 minutes on foot, or by taking the bus, which has an hourly frequency.

Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, non dovrai rinunciare a nulla. Centrale ma tranquillo. A pochi passi dall'isola pedonale, dagli impianti di risalita e dalle piste di sci e bici. Accogliente alloggio vacanze in casa ristrutturata, zona tranquilla, ottimale per la sua vicinanza ai servizi del centro paese, agli impianti di risalita, alla partenza di numerosi sentieri per passeggiate e gite. Luminoso alloggio diviso su due piani: in entrata l'ampia zona giorno con cucina e balcone, scendendo la comoda scala in legno si trovano la camera da letto ed il bagno. Ideale x 2 pers. , max 4. Divertiti con tutta la famiglia in questo fantastico alloggio in un contesto assolutamente mantenuto anni ‘70 arricchito da tutti i comfort, comodità e fantastici arredi di design. Appena ristrutturato, questo appartamento si trova a 50 m dalla via del centro ricca di negozi locali alla moda e ottimi ristoranti e 100 m dagli impianti di risalita che potete tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi, dimenticandomi la macchina in quanto avete a disposizione, PARCHEGGIO COPERTO PRIVATO e deposito sci.

Mountain haven - Winter skiing (ski in and out) and Summer biking or walking. A convenient, spacious apartment with super beds/bedding in 3 bedrooms. New triple gIazing. Sleeps 6-8 and has a large sitting room/diner/kitchen. Ground floor with balcony views leading onto shared lawn. The flat has stunning views of the Alps from Mont Blanc to the Matterhorn. 2 ski schools and hire in walking distance and many local restaurants; family friendly ski resort. We have WiFi and SMART tv.

Piccolo Sogno - In the High Italian/Swiss Alps

Piccolo Sogno Chalet is 800 meters from some of the best skiing in the high alps. The chalet is spread over 3 floors and a loft. It has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and a wonderful woodburner fireplace, the lounge/dinning area has two glass French doors which open onto a balcony looking down the valley. The chalet is self catering.
