the perfect jump in! We have been to Eleuthera multiple times, and we chose this place for the swimming and snorkeling. The deep water out back and jump in was exactly what we wanted. We saw so much underwater, and loved the proximity to nearby beaches. Additionally, the yoga mats + beach chairs + umbrellas were a great addition to the house. Highly recommend from our family of 5 (kids 8/10/12)

Amazing cottage right on a delightful swimming bay -- perfect for me and my friend to spend a few days doing nothing but being in the ocean. Can't get much more right-on-the-beach than this -- and the wave level was perfect for hour after hour of swimming. There's a relatively sedate daytime scene from the restaurant next door -- not dead silent, but the tradeoff is easily accessible good food. Corrine was very friendly and responsive, and the banana bread was indeed delicious -- try it with crunchy peanut butter! Certainly would return without hesitation for a few days of wintertime paradise.

This is our third year getting a house in Florida for a few weeks, and this was by far the best. First, the house. It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The two main bedrooms had large beds and were very comfy. I used the third bedroom as an office. The backyard was private with a pool. The front porch was great for people watching. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal. But If you don’t feel like cooking, this neighborhood has you covered. This house was the perfect location. Nice and quiet, yet less than a five minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants—from fancy to casual. Also, after dinner, I suggest some ice cream at Kilwin’s, which is right around the corner from the house. Or take a 15 minute walk over the bridge and check out The Cove. Lots of restaurants and a great brewery. All in all, we loved our stay. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and take care of any of our needs. We can’t wait to return next year!

The Purple Jawfish is a truly unique piece of paradise. there's not another place like it on the island. We got married here, which James said was a first. The palm shaded beach was perfect for our small, intimate ceremony. The sunrise views are epic. The house is well-stocked with lots of kitchen utensils, towels, filtered water, snorkeling stuff. etc. The house manager Angel was on top of it anytime we needed anything he got it for us personally or pointed us in the right direction. The snorkeling 50 yards off the front porch is world class. you can snorkel your way along the reef to Coral View resort, then snorkel or walk back. We also dove with Coral View and everyone there was great. It's an easy 3 minute walk from the house. The Blue Bayou bar is also right down the road and is a great place to get a drink. To the edge of town is only a 5-10 minute walk or a 30-100 lempira/person (depending on how far your going) tuk tuk ride. We are looking forward to our next trip back!

Très bon séjour au Charmantillais ! Hôte réactive et arrangeante. Le logement est très bien équipé, le ventilateur est largement suffisant. Il est aussi très bien situé en Basse-Terre. L’environnement est agréable et la vue est magnifique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Vana. Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement idéal les pieds dans l’eau, nous nous sommes ressourcés après un début de séjour un peu « maladif ». Si nous devions choisir parmi les 3 logements que nous avons loué pendant notre séjour, ce serait celui de Vana, sans hésitation.

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at bungalow one villa . Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home experience. Everything you can think of that you need was provided. Larry was available within seconds anytime we needed him and to ask any questions. The location is the best on the Island. Convenient stores, airport, restaurants, liquor stores, groceries stores are 10-15 minutes drive away. The beautiful beach is there right when you open your door. I enjoyed my coffee right on the chairs in front of the beach every morning. Also a nice beautiful morning walk on the beach and five minute walk to Jolly Hall. I could walk and lay in the sun alone on the beach while my boyfriend slept in. It was quiet and nobody would bother you. Everyone is friendly. I highly recommend Larry’s bungalow! I honestly had tears leaving on the plane. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Larry!! 😃

The hosts are awesome, the place exceeded our expectations and had everything needed for a short or long stay. Fantastic!

Such a charming and beautiful bungalow surrounded by peaceful gardens. It was perfect. Very relaxing. And the host was very helpful and friendly.

Logement très fonctionnel et très propre. Il est très bien équipé et ne manque de rien. Très jolie vue sur la mer et jardin privé très sympa. Notre hôte a été d'une extrême gentillesse et disponible pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons dès que possible 😉

Endroit très bien tenu. Hôtes discrets, mais présents. Parfait pour un séjour où on souhaite partager notre temps entre activités et moments de détentes . Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation. Merci

We stayed an extra night in Las Terrenas and Alessandras apartment came up and we instantly loved it! We did not get there until 10pm and Alessandra was so helpful and nothing was a problem for her. The next day, her partner helped me get my car out and were so helpful and friendly. Alessandra has a beautiful home but it also had a really good vibe about the place! Will be back to stay again!

2ème séjour pour nous ici car nous avions adoré et cela est toujours le cas! Petit coin paisible niché dans la nature! idéal pour se ressourcer dans la simplicité et la générosité de l endroit! on recommande les yeux fermés !!! Julien et Gaelle des personnes vraiment très accueillantes et discrètes, comme le lieu merci encore

Un petit coin de paradis… Magnifique jardin extrêmement bien entretenu que l’on pouvait admirer de la terrasse. Piscine au top, avec une vue mer exceptionnelle, surtout au lever du soleil… Chambre et sdb impeccables, très jolie décoration. Et que dire des parents de Jean-Larie qui vivent sur place : accueillants, souriants et discrets… Mon seul regret : n’être restée que 3 jours….
