Es un espacio acogedor diseñado para 2 personas, con todo lo necesario para estadías largas y cortas en un vecindario precioso y súper seguro. No contamos con parqueo privado y debes de subir unas gradas al llegar.

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off from Antigua is provided (weekdays, up to 6 pm.-restrictions apply) Nature-, book-friendly.

Azvlik House

Azvlik House is located 9 minutes from center Antigua Guatemala. It's situated in a pleasant, walkable gated community surrounded by coffee plantations and abundant nature. 24-hour security is provided. The house blends colonial charm with contemporary touches. It's a welcoming space, surrounded by nature, with views of the mountains and the Agua Volcano. The garden area features a private pool, heated by solar panels, as well a barbecue grill for enjoying time with family and friends.

This special place is in front of Hotel Museo Santo Domingo, surrounded by delicious bakeries, restaurants, cafés, art galleries, convenience stores, ruins, spa and museums. Walking distance to Central Park so you can enjoy your stroll. You can check the amazing Conception's Convent ruins, Acatenango and Fire Volcanos view from our dining window. Enjoy Antigua in our house, Casa del Centro. A cozy place just 60mts from central park (1/2 block) the best in town. You can take the meals or the sun at the garden and enjoy the different lovely areas at the house. The house has a lobby, 2 rooms with queen beds. The principal room has a mezanine with a working area. Complete Kitchen, dinning and living room, laundry. The parking is free but it is located at 5 blocks. Wifi 80megas.

El apto se ubica en la zona mas concurrida a 2 cuadras del Arco de Santa Catalina y 4 del parque central. NO CONTAMOS CON PARQUEO, pero hay de pago a 50 mts. Hay supermercados, bancos y ruinas a 2 cuadras. Gozaras de privacidad y un ambiente tranquilo. Coordino TRANSPORTE con un cargo Adicional. El check in después de las 20:00 tiene recargo de 10 dólares, NO aplica si usa el transporte que ofrezco. Cualquier duda estoy para apoyarte.

Casa Colmena is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home a 15 minute walk to Parque Central. It also has a beautiful rooftop terrace with views of all three volcanos. Starlink WiFi as of April 2024. Street parking directly outside of the house is available, more secure parking can be arranged nearby for an additional cost.
