With top of the line kitchen, fixtures and finishes the Loft is a unique, luxury experience. It can be rented with The Gatehouse to accommodate bigger groups.

Enjoy the magnificent views from inside the open plan living room/eat-in kitchen or the outside patio with a heated infinity pool & outdoor dining /bbq. Complimentary amenities include wifi, internet tv, NETFLIX, washer/dryer, stand by generator, beach towels, portable cooler, beach chairs & umbrellas (see pictures). Polaris villa offers an exclusive location and stunning views of Deep Bay. The Galley Bay beach is within walking distance. The lovely private infinity pool with deck and barbeque area is perfect for relaxation. The 2 bedrooms with AC and attached bathrooms have circular windows with stunning views of the bay. Nicole's BnB with a View of the Caribbean Sea!

We are perched atop a hill with a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea and the capital, St. Johns. The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, downtown St. Johns, and the beach, so it is very well located. The apartment has its own entrance so you have privacy. A bottle of our homemade rum punch awaits you when you arrive! Breakfast is available for order. Just ask! All types of people are welcome. :-)
