This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
