FAQ Can we bring our pets to the property? Unfortunately not! Whilst we love animals the building is pet free. Is there space for us to park our car? Absolutely! We have parking facilities which will be made clear in your welcome pack! Can we use the property for our party? Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us. Can we bring our baby? Of course! However if you require a crib or high chair there is an additional hire fee.

This adorable bungalow is a newly built 1 bedroom, 1 bath house 5 minutes to all the best Soufriere has to offer - white sand & black sand beaches, plenty of shopping, restaurants & bars, churches, waterfalls and great night life where you can begin with the sunset. Enjoy your morning coffee or that last glass of wine of the day on the porch, listening to the flow of the river. Unplug and unwind on the deck while you listen to the sound of the Caribbean Sea ,Relax on island time as the sun kisses your face. Take a walk on the beautiful beaches and enjoy local cuisine. Lucian experience, NO HOT water, however most days is not needed, we do have a kettle to boil water Owner/property manager apartment with seperated enternace on lowest level below house is not included an sometimes will be occupied bye owner there will be a groundskeeper occasionally tending to gardens

One bedroom one bath modern cottage located right in the heart of Soufriere. Only one minute walk to the supermarket. Walking distance to the banks, beach, restaurants and local food market. Ideally it is seven minutes drive from the world heritage site, the only drive in volcano The Sulphur Springs. For added comfort the cottage is equipped with an AC unit and ceiling fans. An outside rain shower gives you the option to shower under the moonlight or on a starry night.
