Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Access to 2 local beach’s included - one is at a hotel about a ten minute drive. The second is about a ten minute walk or 3 minute drive from the villa. A large, cool, comfortable self catering apartment right on the lovely beach of Laborie, which is a typical old Caribbean fishing village, with inexpensive restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes walk away. This property is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to the city and both air and sea ports, it is located above the car park of my house so my family , parents and myself are easily available. It is a welcoming fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea view. the windows are large glass panels that allow for fresh air and light. it is equipped with all amenities:
