Ski resorts, fishing, hill and forest walking, wild swimming and golf all close by and 15 minutes to the attractive towns of Kirriemuir and Blairgowrie. The village of Alyth is only 5 mins away

Excellent views from our cheerful house by the sea

Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

Balmuirfield House is a beautiful Grade B listed manor house set amongst 5 acres of woodland with burn, alpacas, goats, pigs, peacocks & more. The house lies at the foot of the Angus glens, close to St Andrews & Carnoustie & just 12 mins to the beach. It boasts the benefits of country living whilst on the edge of the city with V&A & other attractions. Your own private entrance & parking, patio with seating & pizza oven, double bedroom, lounge with double sofabed, kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom.

The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

It is a lovely, newly furbished, fresh, bright property with a private garden nestled beside woodland and located in the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. Situated in Scotland beside Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

Nestling in the heart of Brewlands Estate, 6 minutes' drive from the Cairngorm National Park, the surrounding hills rising to 3000 feet, this 5-star 17th century cottage in Highland Perthshire is in an utterly secluded position with stunning views towards the Grampians. Since lots of our clients either become engaged here or come for their honeymoon, we can claim with justice that this is a very romantic place, well away from the stresses of modern life.

Scottish Countryside Bothy

A newly renovated Scottish bothy, set in the grounds of a listed Mill building in the Angus country side. Just a five minute drive or 25 minute walk to the spectacular Lunan Bay. The bothy consists of an open plan dining and living area, one bedroom with king size bed, and a mezzanine level with two singles which can also be joined together to form a super king. It's a lovely bright and cosy building with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen.

The beamed ceilings, stonewalls and oak floors all add to the character and charm of this 19th century farmhouse. Whilst being a very relaxing and welcoming house for families it is also the perfect location for friends who wish to have a break away. Four legged friends also welcome (2 dogs max) with large front and side garden/lawn **Please note- there is an additional charge of £75 for the wood fired hot tub. ***
