Close to Carnoustie golf course and other local courses, including St Andrews. 10 mins walk to train station (servicing Glasgow, Edinburgh, etc), supermarket, laundry facility, shops, restaurants and bars. On cycle/walking route. Close to Arbroath and Dundee. Dogs welcome for a fee of £30 per pet. *Please note: there is no washing machine or freezer in the cottage.

Ardovie is a beautifully private and peaceful location which allows the perfect escape from it all yet is also well located for access to the coast and glens. The estate is quite the hidden gem and has a wonderful selection of woodland walks . The boating pond and walled garden are definitely worth seeing to enjoy the true tranquillity of the property.

The Old Church is situated in the small village of Colliston near Arbroath. The Building is believed to date from 1843 to 1844. It has been sympathetically restored to create a unique and comfortable home. The furnishings are an eclectic mixture enhancing the overall atmosphere of the building.
