We had a lovely week in Andrea’s flat.All was as described and in a central location but very quiet at night.Although it was cold outside it was cosy to come back to with comfortable beds and good showers.On arrival we were delighted to find milk shortbread and generous supplies of essentials which is not always the case!The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and had everything we needed.We enjoyed Montrose and also exploring the surrounding area by public transport.

Our second stay at Paul’s accommodation. Future bookings planned. Great space and value for money.

A very special place to stay with a beautiful curated interior & setting. Super communication with Dot the housekeeper & we loved the open fire & backgammon board.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night in this amazing airbnb. When we checked in, we noticed that this would have been perfect for a longer stay: Amazing bath and kitchen, as well as a perfect location for trips to the Cairngorns National Park or the east coast! Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a very peaceful, beautiful place to stay. It feels remote and like a real getaway, but it is only a few minutes from town. It has all the modern convinces in a beautiful stone cottage. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is larger than I expected. If you follow Hannah’s directions to get here, you will have no problems finding the place. Bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked. Hannah has great communication and even had a fire going when we arrived! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway.

My wife and I stayed at the Mill Lodge for Easter weekend with our grown up children and we had a really special time there. We used the hot tub every day we were there and also had a barbeque on the Saturday night. Broughty Ferry is a lovely town with a proper high street with local small shops. We bought the meat for the barbeque from Scott the butcher and it was top notch. Emma gave us recommendations for eating out which included the Ship Inn where we had Sunday lunch - Cullen Skink followed by the seafood duo all of which was excellent. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well provided for with plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. The microwave was easy to operate as were the oven and hob. Emma also supplied pods for the coffee maker, vegetable oil, cooking foil, washing up liquid and pods for the dishwasher. There was also liquid soap in all the bathrooms. The property is finished to a high standard and we would highly recommend it.

It was a lovely week with the weather to match. The house is very special and beautifully clean and comfortable. Plenty to visit locally and further afield. It was a totally lovely week and would highly recommend the house to friends and family. Shirley made sure all was OK and we had settled in with no problems. It has been absolutely trouble free and will definitely book this home if we visit the area again. The information supplied by Shirley before the holiday and after we arrived was greatly appreciated as was the welcome pack.

We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay at Pauline’s beautiful house in Monifieth. The property is stunning with everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were spacious and the open plan living/dining area was perfect. The garden and patio area was great, we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. The location was perfect for us too. Pauline was an exceptional host - friendly, proactive, helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future x

We had a fantastic time at Gilmore House. Everything about the house was warming and welcoming. The open plan kitchen/dining/family area was just perfect for our get together. The kitchen was very well equipped and welll stocked with condiments, tea and coffee. A welcome hamper on our arrival was a lovely touch too. Thank you Louise, your house is amazing. You have thought of everything. I would highly recommend this accommodation - thanks for having us!! ☺️

Communication was good from the start. Early check in was a bonus. The cottage was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Clear instructions for all the appliances and the dishwasher was a bonus! There is an option to park right outside but I chose to park in the side street ( without any issues) as it’s quite a busy wee road at times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place. It was beautifully furnished, spacious and externally was very appealing. Located in extensive grounds it is approached by a long driveway and it was a pleasure to see red squirrels and pheasants along with an assortment of other birds. We would undoubtedly choose to stay there again should we be in the area.

Had a great time here over the New Year period, was exactly what was described on the listing & more. Allan is friendly and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Our family of four had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Bank in Edzell. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped, homely and perfect for our needs. The host Laura was very proactive and responsive in her communications. We would certainly stay here again and have already recommended The Bank to friends and family.

This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding nearby. Very calm and quiet in the countryside to escape back to afterwards. Easy to find and check in, all very clean and lovely place to sleep. Thank you.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet - Landhausstil. Die Küche hat einen tollen Steinboden und die Sitz- Fensterbank im Wohnzimmer hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den Garten und auf den Fluss dahinter. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten von Sophie ist sehr schön mit großen, alten Bäumen und Sträuchern.

We stayed for 2 nights and would highly recommend this property. Great location in centre of Broughty Ferry, a few minutes walk from all that Broughty Ferry has to offer. The flat had everything you could possibly need, was spacious and spotlessly clean. Communication with our host Hamish was always excellent. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit
