Frogfield Annexe is a beautifully renovated self-contained one-bedroom 'cottage' attached to our home, set in 3 acres. You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries ) for pubs ,supermarket, cafes, shops and restaurants. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub.
