Private, large, traditional, high ceiling room 10 min walk to city centre. Comfortable king size bed. Private ensuite in room with shower,wc&basin. Small desk area. Shared Wi-fi.EasyParking. Quiet crescent. Use of fitness equipment if desired. Breakfast served at window table:fruit/yog/cer/toast/t&c £1.50 p/p2 to cover cost.Wifi fine for youtube/tv despite 1 recent review. Room is private NOT shared. Please ignore 1 recent review said smelly. Its not true. That was intentional injurious comment.

Craigellie B&B - The Green Room

The Green Room has the option of a super kingsize bed or two very comfortable singles. It's light and airy and is bathed in sunshine for much of the afternoon. There is a delightful en-suite with traditional pedestal basin, frosted sage furniture and a large shower with oodles of hot water to enjoy. Breakfast is included in the price, with the option of continental or full cooked Scottish breakfast. You can also use the shared sitting/breakfast room with TV, complementary tea, coffee & cake. ​

Clepington Victorian Villa

We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

The Blue Room, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed B&B in our family home. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Full breakfast included. For a large party, two other bedrooms may also be available on the same corridor. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Our tennis court, croquet lawn and billiards table is available for the use of guests.

Upstairs warm room with comfy kingsize bed, ensuite with shower. This room also has a single bed which can be made up if requested. Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

Thornton Castle - The Tower and The Blue Room

Traditional & relaxed B&B in: (a) the 16th century Scottish tower wing of our family home. 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors with large bathroom and small sitting room with tv. and (b) a twin room with en-suite bathroom (The Blue Room) for 2 in the main section of the Castle. For larger parties than 6, two further bedrooms may be available on the same corridor as The Blue Room. Full breakfast included.

Balgavies Home Farm is set in the beautiful rolling Angus countryside within the Lunan Valley. The buildings date from around 1890, the old steadings and mill form a complex of buildings which include: a private house, a cottage, 2 bed & breakfast rooms, and a luxurious spa area* with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and aquarium. (*Please note: the spa is not included in the Airbnb price).

Oaklands Guest House - The Stirling Room

The first room we renovated (2022) En-suite with a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, desk/dressing table, closet and two comfy armchairs. The beds are made up with soft, cosy brushed cotton bedding, sure to keep you warm and give you a good nights rest! Towels provided as well as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion.
