Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. A newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 bath home includes a Wood fire & beautifully restored hardwood floors complementing the new kitchen. Sit back, relax, enjoy the panoramic views of Mt Sam & The Valley. Situated opposite the Livingstone Creek with the Golf Course only a stones throw away. This picturesque Hideaway offers close proximity to town, Dinner Plain & Mt Hotham as well as a mutitude of activities including Trout Fishing (seasonal), Fishing, Hiking, Road/Mountain Biking & all things snow.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Little Livingstone is a brand new Tiny Home surrounded by crown land on three sides and overlooking Livingstone Creek and Mount Mesley. This is compact calm in one remote place yet still walkable to Main Street. Guests really feel like Little Livingstone is a real escape with a super private location, looking at mountains, swimming in the creek or relaxing in the bath. A place to disconnect and breathe. We are TV free. Some games are provided.

The Barn - Farm at Freeburgh on Ovens River

With direct, private access to the Great Valley Trail and the Ovens River, The Barn provides luxurious bespoke accommodation and complimentary mountain bikes for your stay. Located on 10 acres, The Barn is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Stables. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to skiing and snow boarding at Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, a short 45 minute drive away. Horse stays are also an option, with trail riding close by!

Burrowes Rest

Little Bogong offers a comfortable and private hide-away for one or two couples seeking peace and solitude. Enjoy spectacular outlook to Victoria’s high mountains. The set-up includes a brand new second bathroom and laundry off the main downstairs living area to accompany the quality queen-sized sofa bed. Set on two hectares of steep landscaped grounds, the unique site will take your breath away with its native plantings, visiting kangaroos, native birds, and private outdoor dining space.

Sleeps 3. 1 x double bed 1 x single (top bunk) Kitchen, bathroom, laundry. 100 metres to Slalom Plaza and the Main chairlift. Most Restaurants/cafes bars/ski hire all within 5 minutes from apartment. NOTE low rates are offered for SELF CLEANING booking. 2 pm late checkout allowing easy clean time. Must BYO BED SHEETS, TOWELS, TEA TOWEL. Doonas, pillows, blankets supplied

The Willows - Cattleman's Log Hut

The Cattleman's Log Hut is a comfortable & rustic cabin with a wood burning fire, simple kitchen & living area, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, & an outdoor toilet & bathroom. We're near the Alpine National Park in a ruggedly beautiful part of the High Country. There is no TV, and mobile reception is patchy or non existent. However with fishing, walking & cycling opportunities galore, you'll want to ditch your phone and immerse yourself in nature. There is no electricity in the log hut!

Welcome to Bespoke@Omeo. We're offering 2 new, purpose built units, aimed at luxury accommodation for couples or singles. Sit back and enjoy the view over the town to Mt Mesley and Mt Sam from the living area, deck or while relaxing in the luxurious deep bath. Situated a short distance from the Main Street, Day Avenue, with pubs, cafe's and shops, and Creek Street where you'll find Livingstone Park and the trail head for the new Mountain Bike park and Pump Track.

Hilltop Hideaway

Neat, Rustic Caravan/ annex. No frills but cosy and everything you need. Sleeps max of 4 people including children and 1 dog max. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful bush cabin a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in between Mount Hotham 30km away where you will find great hiking, 4wd tracks and Omeo 20km away where you will find an historical township that offers fishing and newly built mountain bike trails.

Browns' Off Grid Cabin

Sit back, relax and enjoy nature literally on the doorstep and epic valley views or make this your perfect base for fishing, rafting, walking, mountain biking and even skiing in the winter (or all of the above!). The off grid cabin backs on to Alpine National Park, is walking distance to the renowned for fly fishing Bundarra River and a short drive to Middle Creek and the Cobungra and Mitta Rivers. It is a 40 min drive to Omeo, and 1.5 hr drive to Hotham.
