Also, included are two beautifully appointed bathrooms, two stylish bedrooms, laundry equipped with washer and dryer. Gazebo with bar and barbecue also available upon request for additional cost.

Located on a tucked away beach, as the name implies, "Sandbox Studio" is a studio apartment with a private screened in porch just steps away from crystal clear water and pristine white sand. This picturesque apartment is located in a gated community and has been newly renovated to include everything to make your stay comfortable, including washer/dryer, cooking appliances, and WiFi. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, kayak and two paddle boards included. Located in a very safe and secure area!

Listen to the wind blow from the soft Bermuda grass on large front lawn. Starlink & DirecTV provided. Walk to airport from house, no car needed. Bicycles, paddleboards, and 2 person kayak provided. Bonefish off the beach. Local fishing guides are caretakers of house. Taxi or bike to grocery store.
