Great location, lots of great restaurants, cozy, feels like home

Amazing place, very private and comfortable. Literally steps to the beautiful beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. Definitely made use of the plunge pool every day too! It’s on the north end of the town so away from most of the restaurants and shops (which we prefer) so it’s quiet but you’ll need wheels of some sort to further explore the area. There is a market only about a 10 minute walk so you can stock up on pretty much anything you need. Awesome, responsive host and the daily housekeeping was spot on. Would definitely recommend! Excelente ubicación y lindísimo lugar! El host super atento, inclusive el baño tenía una avería de mantenimiento y tan pronto les dijimos, nos lo fueron a arreglar. Increíble la comunicarse. 100% recomendado!

This is a perfect spot to explore Palermo. Loads of restaurants, shops, and bars on your doorstep. Plaza Serrano and Armenia within 10-15 minute walks. We did not use public transport, as Uber is cheap and readily available. La Boca, San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Recoleta all within a 20 minute drive. The place is modern, spacious, and well equipped. The outside area with jacuzzi is a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, listening to the sounds of the city. Nido was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The front desk was always occupied by friendly and helpful staff.

This place is an absolute gem—what an incredible value! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located, but the real standout was the breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. We spent every morning soaking it in with coffee in hand. Sergio was a fantastic host—great communication throughout and thoughtful touches like snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He also tipped us off to the magic of the 31st floor (IYKYK), which made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

El departamento re lindo, cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario, nos sentimos como en casa. Y un párrafo aparte para Zeniltz,excelente anfitrión y superó todas nuestras expectativas, ya que cuando llegamos encontramos no solo en excelentes condiciones de limpieza, sino con un recibimiento especial, como frutas , champán,y muchas cosas para comer que no necesitábamos el primer día salir a hacer compras. Gracias Zeniltz por todo y especialmente por tu calidez como persona. Sin duda volveremos!!

Lugar muito bom, visão do 18 andar é maravilhosa, o elevador é de vidro com visão quase que panorâmica pra cidade, ele sobe em um espaço aberto até o 18 andar o que gera uma experiência muito diferente do que os outros lugares oferecem, atendimento bom, lugar confortável, ar condicionado gela bem, tv com bastante conteúdo, pertinho do shopping que dá pra ir de a pé, com certeza ficaremos mais vezes! Obrigada!

Excelente apartamento. Hugo siempre está atento a cualquier necesidad. Está completamente equipado y cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de parques y transporte.

Communication with Vagner was friendly and he responded promptly. He was very accommodating. The apartment has a wonderful view of the city and to the left a view of the lake. The building is quiet, reception desk is friendly sky and helpful, apartment had all the amenities needed. I was very comfortable there for one month! My first time to Palmas and I enjoyed every minute of location was great too. I will come back and stay again!!
