In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.
