3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The Rustic Rectangle

At the RR your close to it all (5-15 by car ) to hartwell lake, tiger town, Clemson university, shopping, restaurants , sunset views etc. Waiting for you back at the space is 1 bedroom featuring a full size bed, 1 bathroom fully stocked, small kitchen w/ pots+pans and a cozy living space with games, dvds, fireplace and tv provided. Outside, Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/ a bbq grill. Kayaks+corn hole boards are available upon request.

Renovated Waterfront Home /Dock

This cozy and fully 2023 gutted and high-end renovated 3/1 deep water cottage comes with a fenced yard for your fur babies. It's a gentle, short walk to your own NEW private covered dock with a side sunning area. This home has a king, queen and full / twin bunk bed. There is a Dollar General, Ingles, Walmart and some incredible restaurants...all within a 1 - 5 mile dr. We are also very conveniently located in VERY close proximity to the New Prospect Boat Ramp. This is a non-smoking home.

Only 5 miles from Clemson's campus, this retreat is perfectly situated on almost a full acre. You’ll love the cozy feel, with lots of amenities, including a well stocked kitchen, three-season screened-in porch, & open floor plan. Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Stunning lake views in highly popular The Shoals in Portman Marina located on Lake Hartwell. Bring your pets with you, we are pet-friendly, and they'll love running around the fenced in backyard. Very large back deck overlooking the lake while you have morning coffee, grill or just relax! We also are located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in cul de sac. Short drive to Clemson University for games or student/family events. Also, short drive to downtown Anderson and Anderson University.

Farm style cottage in Clemson feels like home away from home! Designed for total comfort and maximum use of this space. Only 1.5 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium and Clemson University! 40 minutes to Greenville. Centrally located between all 3 of upstate SC lakes (Hartwell, Keowee, and Jocassee)! All rooms have smart TVs, and each bed has a memory foam mattress. Full kitchen with everything you could need or want at a rental. Plenty of parking for guests and boats!

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
