Con una ubicación excelente, cerca de los mejores sitios turisticos y de interes de San German y sus alrededores. Contamos con una gran variedad de Restaurantes, y si deseas ir a la Playa a solo 20 minutos de Parguera, Boqueron, Buye entre otros. Con una decoración estilo Boho pero elegante, el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia inolvidable.

This home is designed in a traditional Puerto Rican style. It doesn't have air conditioning; instead, it is equipped with ceiling n standing fans. Please note, this is neither a hotel nor a luxury residence! Is an excellent accommodation for travelers on a budget. The house is large and spacious, with capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests. It's a relaxing home in Lajas, situated in a quiet n safe neighborhood. It's conveniently located near 4 major cities in the southwest and various beaches.

Central Air conditioning. washer and dryer available for long term rentals (3 days & over)outside sitting area, microwave, gas stove, pots and pans, rice cooker , Boat space available for any size boat (No Boat washing on property) , beach kit upon request.
