This charming townhouse in South Anchorage isn’t far from exciting spots like Flattop hiking trail and the Alaska Zoo. With all the modern conveniences, an airy layout, cozy queen beds, and a sweet private patio, it's a dreamy spot for nature lovers and city slickers alike! Clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, and modern bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Cozy in-floor heat, super fast WiFi and Roku tv for nights in. Central location, within walking distance of Anchorage's finest restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Only 6 miles from the airport. Built pre-statehood in 1939, this is truly a hidden gem.

All Airbnb guests must be registered, there is a 30 fee per additional guest for this great place to relax after a long trip.this is a non-smoking unit. It has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is a daybed that will sleep 2. The hot tub is available to use if the guests follow the showing and bathing suits only requirements. There is no pool or golf course around, that is an Airbnb glitch.
