2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath apartment on the second floor of a duplex. Completely separate unit from the owner's one below, with your own separate full kitchen, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer, etc. Only the main entry/mudroom is a common space (especially useful feature during the cold months, since it prevents the rush of cold air directly into the living spaces!) - the so-called "artic entry". BUT you would also have optional use of a private entrance directly from the yard, if you prefer.

This is the top level of a duplex comfortable for any length stay here in Anchorage. Found in a neighborhood in the U-med district, across from the hospital, walking distance to a Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendy's and our favorite sushi place, as well as the Campbell Creek Trail—an extremely popular and beautiful cross country skiing trail in the winter and walking/biking/running trail covered in wildflowers and berries in the summer! It follows the creek to a playground .5 mi from the Airbnb.

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Private entrance includes an outside seating area for morning coffee. Inside provides many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please, no scented candles or incense as the upstairs tenant is extremely allergic.
