We are finishing a fulfilling remodel of our huge basement apartment with private entrance, laundry, kitchen, and full bathroom. We are family friendly and love to learn about guests, especially for a chance to habla español. The location's ideal! Walking distance to the Delany Park Strip, the Coastal Trail, restaurants, bars and cafes. As well as the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts, the Anchorage Museum of Art, a small grocery store, fresh fish market and more!

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is Plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear. Or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room down stairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.
