Best views and location in Butte

This apartment is in the upper corner of the Apex Apartments. This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

Nice, newly remodeled historic studio apartment.

The Apex Hotel was built in 1918. The building is currently finishing renovations into new apartments and three airb&bs. Apex #305 has a dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, king size bed, 24hr surveillance, keyed entry into secured building, fire sprinklers, original hardwood floors, great uptown location. This renovated unique late 1800s mining house is perched on a hill just three blocks from downtown Philipsburg and award winning Philipsburg Brewery. Fenced yard with outdoor dining area and fire pit. Easy walking access to open space to east. Some of the best views in town of Pintler MTS and Discovery ski hill. Minutes from fly fishing, skiing, Georgetown, ghost towns, gem hunting etc. An open, cozy layout with a mix of reclaimed materials and modern touches.

Historical Former Mayor Of Butte's House.

We have added some modern touches to this historical duplex with Butte's best back yard. We have 2 bbq's an alkaline water machine, an alkaline high pressure shower in the bathroom and California king and queen memory foam beds. The two bedrooms are separated by a curtain with a window ac unit in the king bedroom(summer only). There is a workspace with the former mayor's desk and we are within walking distance of the hospital and Historic Uptown Butte.

Beautiful views! 1 mile from Rock Creek!

Braach Cabin Rental sits about 14 miles west of the quaint, historic town of Philipsburg and only .5 miles from the world renowned, blue ribbon gem, Rock Creek River. This new 800 sq ft cabin, built in 2020, offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom and a comfortable loft for lounging and watching movies. Enjoy excellent views of the valley from the loft! Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved before booking.

Mining History Echoes

My wife Melody and I bought this 100-yr- old miner's four-square in 2017 and refurbished it to the bright interior shown in the pictures. A new boiler and cast-iron radiators keep it cozy in winter. Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.

Apartment on the Hill with a view

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Private entrance, private space with awesome view, conveniently located in uptown Butte overlooking festivals and other activities and within walking distance of grocery store, fine dining & entertainment. Includes coffee, tea and oatmeal. Please note lower ceilings 7’ w/ some lower drops.
