The property is connected to the local ATV and snowmobile trails and just one minute from the local grocery store and gas station. Home features a large fenced in backyard, fire pit and a pool table in the basement for entertainment. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and complimentary K Cups. To keep the cost down, we don’t charge a cleaning fee so we just ask that you help us by tidying your way out.

You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

It has it's own separate driveway and private entrance. Self check in. Close to USA border. No smoking or drugs on property please. No pet exceptions sorry. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful new camp. Welcome to East Grand, a private year round waterfront, boat docking on site, swimming, boating, fishing, and ATV. Winter ice fishing, skating, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Plenty of parking. Good news for ice fishing, The Mill Yard will be renting ice shacks starting in 2027.
