Julia is an excellent hostess! Beautiful home! So comfortable and lots of homey “extras”. We love south Del Rio and look forward to visiting again soon!

Great place to stay. A walk away from the river, and has all the supplies to get on the water. We will definitely be going back.

This place was so amazing! I loved the house, the river in the back was great for fishing and swimming, but the blue hole was breathtaking! Locals were very friendly at the blue hole met lots of great people We did have to drive to Uvalde to buy soap, shampoo and conditioner but that’s ok

Amazing house with plenty of space for our family. Lots of space to gather and hang out. Quiet area with scenic fees. Would definitely book again. Joshua was responsive and friendly.

Our trip to Beverly's place was for a mini-spring break trip for my family. We visited the Caverns of Sonora, Ft. McKavett, and did quite a bit of shopping in Junction. What a great getaway! The views from Beverly's place of the river were stunning, with lots of deer visible on the other side of the river. The house and accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend Beverly's place. We especially liked the artwork and personal items throughout the house. Very tasteful and obviously collected with care. If we have a need to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Our 1st visiting to Del Rio, and this place made it perfect. The security of the backyard made it easy to allow our small dogs to run around and play.play. We felt at home in her home, and will definitely stay here again!! Thank you and see you soon.

Love the place. Has a fenced yard was nice for little dog. Lots of natue to enjoy. The house was very comfortable.

My stay at the villa included amazing sunsets on the viewing deck, a comfortable bed, an amazing bathroom and shower, and many thoughtful amenities. The spaces were squeaky clean and the outside areas had plenty of seating for multiple parties, though we were only 2 guests. There were some apparent renovations going on in the main living area of the house so I can’t wait for those to be completed so we can return and possibly rent the entire lovely home.
