One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only. The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.

Water Trough Hill - Views of Lexington

Water Trough HIll is located 3 Miles from Lexington, 4 miles from Buena Vista and 5 miles to the Virginia Horse Center. Guest favorite for a private large open spacious house with amazing views and photography of wildlife. There is an extra Guest fee after 4 Guests of $45 each per night. The house will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests.

Here is the opportunity to stay in one of Lynchburg’s most unique historic buildings. Firehouse 4 is a decommissioned firehouse built in 1905, during the time of horse drawn fire trucks! Guests stay in the middle bay, with the beds literally where the horses slept!
