Secluded cabin close to VMI, W&L, and Lexington.

Our cabin was originally a grainery. We moved it to sit on a wooded knoll on our working sheep farm. Mornings can be spent relaxing on our front porch while watching lambs play. We offer a firepit and outdoor furniture to better enjoy the peaceful seclusion of our slice of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guests are just 10 minutes to downtown Lexington, Virginia Military Institute, Washington & Lee University, Southern Virginia University & the Virginia Horse Center. The owner is a VMI alumnus.

Nestled in Mountain Cove with amazing views of Mountain Cove, this property offers 100MB high-speed internet, adjacent to 800 acres of hiking trails (Fortunes Cove). With an in-ground pool, deck, and firepit area, it's 35 minutes from Wintergreen, surrounded by wineries, breweries, distilleries, and horseback riding. Ideal for creating memories with your family and friends. Note* Pool is not heated and closed when it’s cold. Ask before booking if the pool is open if you plan to swim.

The Old Parsonage in The Blue Ridge

The Old Parsonage is the perfect place to spend your get-away days. you can even work from this "home away from home". We have installed high speed internet and TV, so you can stay Remote and Connected. Consider staying a week... or two! With spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in every direction, and a big country breakfast with fresh eggs from our free range chickens, you will feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Green Needles Christmas Tree Farm Cabin/Lynchburg

Our cabin is 600 sq ft with a large covered porch. We have 1 queen size bed, a double & single bunk combination, and full kitchen. We have 2 sources of heat, propane and electric both which make some noise when they run. 42 acres of Christmas trees, wooded trails, a stream that runs throughout the property, foot bridge and fields. A short 10 min hike will take you to our Ridge with a gazebo. We are 25 min from LU, 15 min from the Lynchburg area and 15 min from the Blue Ridge Pkwy.

This cabin from the 1840s was meticulously reassembled on a 500 acre farm and sits right next to the James River. Come and enjoy the quiet, the river, and scenery and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. This cabin is off-grid but with solar power lighting and seasonally dependent running water for an outdoor shower and sink nearby.

The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.

The Cabin at Morris Orchard.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our early 1800’s log cabin. The Cabin sits at the heart of Morris Orchard, a Virginia Century Farm. From the cabin porch, you will look across the pond and enjoy a view of High Peak Mountain, apple orchards, hayfields, and cattle grazing in the pastures. The cabin has been beautifully renovated, preserving the charm and history of the cabin, while adding all the modern amenities you would expect.
