Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

We offer 135 lineal feet of sandy beach and some incredible sunsets. Shopping: Frisco the cowboy's sport stadium, Legacy west ,Grandview in The Colony , and PGA are close by. Antiquing: downtown Denton or Mckinney Tx. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends.
