Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Lakehouse apartment (bottom floor with pictures) is located in southeast corner of Lake Martin - Blue Creek area. 200+ feet of waterfront. Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Tree-Top Lake-Front Cottage

Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table. Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Queen-Size Nectar brand bed provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch seats you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.

FiveStratford is our restored 1905 home in downtown Stratford, Ontario--reimagined as a modern luxury suite, while preserving its historic charm. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to four guests. We designed it as a private, high-end retreat with thoughtful details like quality coffee, snacks, and premium toiletries. Just steps from downtown, the Avon River, and theatres. Our goal is to offer a warm, design-forward stay, that feels both elevated and personal.

This 2 br., 2 ba., ground floor unit, just coming off a complete and stunning upscale remodel, sits on the north shore of Lake Dillon with world class "Lake Como" views across the lake to the 12,000 ft Ten Mile Range. It's a 2 br., 2 ba. condo that sleeps six guests in a king, a queen and a queen sofa sleeper. There is an amazing shared hot tub, 2 saunas, and a seasonal outdoor pool as well as additional parking lot access. The bike path, Dillon Amphitheater and marina are just out the door.
