Comfy, laid back 3 bdrm RANCH home,DOG FRIENDLY,no cats, quiet neighborhood on Amelia Island. Close to shopping, beaches..one mile, state and local parks.. Large master suite with bath, equipped kitchen, seating for 6-7.over sized fenced yard with in ground HEATED POOL serviced ONCE a week$150. Yard has HEAVY VEGITATION..pool cannot be heated if temp falls below 50..dog fee 50$ per dog.. If you have pet allergies dont book. Deck and pool area show signs of use!Pool is open will collect leaves.
