perfect house for our girls trip! beds were comfy, the front porch was an excellent spot to sit and relax, the back yard area was gorgeous, though we didn't spend too much time there as we explore the city and different activities we had planned. we would definitely recommend and enjoyed our weekend immensely!

It was a great spot, quick and easy to find as soon as we got off of the highway. Great, chill neighbors and everything is walkable or at least less than 12 minutes if you want to drive anywhere like restaurants, pubs, etc… My brothers and I enjoyed the spot so much it was perfect for the 3 of us and we enjoyed debriefing in the backyard after a night out lol. Yurim was a great host and if we had any questions she was responsive and attentive. My brothers and I wish we could’ve stayed even longer than we did! 5 Stars, thanks Yurim!

Luxe Romantic Glamping Tent w/ Hot Tub and A/C

We had a great experience staying at Julie's glamp site. The pictures and description are very accurate. The backyard area was very private and Julie provided everything needed for great experience. This even included some ear plugs for sleeping, as the mornings can be a little noisy in the neighborhood. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions. The bathroom situation took a little getting used to but there were really no surprises as the photos in the listing are accurate. I would recommend bringing flip flops with you when staying here. Communication with Julie was very easy and she was always quick to respond. Overall, we had a very peaceful and memorable experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at Rhoda’s home. If anything, I think it was ever better the second time. I can’t explain how she is able to do it, but her home truly does feel like returning home. It’s private and secure. You will never be disappointed when staying at her home. Thank you so much Rhoda.

Spacious and Beautiful Home with Outdoor Kitchen

Tina's place is spacious , clean and has so many items for you "just in case". We stay in AirBNBs quite often and Tina's kitchen is AMAZING! Has everything a kitchen would need plus fully stocked! I actually pack spices, oil, traveling sharp knife and sometimes we bring our counter top oven (for TX airBNB) but didnt need anything this time!! The TVs were already set up with Netflix etc and there are tons of blankets, games, luggage racks, laundry room etc. We started a puzzle on one of the 2 tables and one person in the party was able to finish his work in the office. There is a playground at the school through the wooden pathway so we could take the kids to play. Wedding venue was 3 miles away and Hull Street is a mere 12 mins where there are tons of restaurants, shopping and the hair and nail salon for the wedding prep etc. There is plenty of room for your large family here! Alyssa's place is centrally located and very walkable. Parking was easy. There were many little amenities in the apartment like a light and plenty of hangers in the closets, bathroom shelf for your phone, a guidebook, reading and games. Super comfy bed and sofa, and great shower. Alyssa removed scent diffusers per my request which I appreciated. Great spot, will stay again!

The Creekside Cool Bus

My family and I loved staying here. We have a bloodhound and a chocolate lab and it was nice letting them chill in a safe environment that was peaceful. We also have a 2 year old and 4 month old and they loved being on the little path with us and listening to the rain on the bus in the night. It was also neat watching my 2 year old get excited listening to the owls right next to ya. Great experience. Great hospitality. Definitely staying there again in the future!

Trailside Treehouse - Riverside in Richmond, VA

Completely unique, fantastic experience! Every detail was perfect. When Carrie says she has everything you need, she means it. And then some. The two provided spaces (treehouse and basement retreat) were perfect for our family of 5. We moved frequently between the two spaces to play games and enjoy a unique treehouse experience, but also shower and have a fridge and microwave. Our 15 year old loved having his own "apartment" which he slept in due to allergies (pollen season). We also had full access to a plethora of yard games and beautifully arranged nooks along the side of the hill that Carrie has created, leading to the easily accessible trails. You can easily escape for a nap, to read a book or just be, but you can also spend countless hours with family and friends, exploring the many games and delights provided. We loved our stay!

Our little family has a great stay! The place was just as described, neighborhood and all. A couple notes if you are traveling with a toddler like we were: I definitely had some nervousness about HOW beautiful and well decorated the place was once we got there, because there are some really nice and very breakable things :-) I’m glad to say nothing got broken during our stay, but there was some very close eye-keeping around certain areas. The steps are a little steep for small or older legs, especially the top step, but again we were just a little careful and all went well. Ten out of ten overall and will definitely be back!!

Super Walkable 2-bedroom w/ 5-Star Finishes!

The place was squeaky clean, beautiful and welcoming. We had a very relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The location is close enough to Edgar Poe museum which we thought was really good. The location itself is ok. There is not much to do around if you are walking, but if you are looking for relaxing walks, peaceful time, this is it! Btw, downtown is 4 mins drive and museums are ~15 mins drive. All in all, very highly recommend!

Our family was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us to be. We didn’t get to spend as much time at the place as we had wished as there were many fun things to do outside but our time there was delightful, and the accommodations were exactly as described. The home was everything we needed as a family before leaving our son at AIT. You know it’s a perfect home when the house is filled with love and laughter during your stay. Katie was so kind, responsive, and had fabulous recommendations for food, treats, and some adventure with the kids. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more; it was simply incredible and homey. We are so grateful for our time spent in their home and plan to return soon.

The Retreat on North 1st Street

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Sue’s place! What a lovely home, with a charming garden, and situated in a beautiful historic area. Sue made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout - such as a beautifully laid table readied for the next morning’s breakfast (provided!). We enjoyed walking to local eateries after a day of hiking around the James River parks, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the city from Libby Hill - just a few blocks from Sue’s place. We highly recommend Sue’s Airbnb and look forward to coming back!

Fantastic space in Richmond's Fan! We were in Richmond for a family wedding and wanted a homebase for relaxing, spending time visiting with family, and enjoying the restaurants in the Fan and Carytown. Catherine's garden level suite was perfect for all our needs. Beautiful backyard that welcomed us and we enjoyed sitting within for outdoor afternoon visits. Nearby delicious restaurants to indulge. The offstreet parking stall was an extra perk. The space was clean and inviting, exactly as photographed. Communication with Catherine was very responsive and always friendly. Definitely would recommend this space for those visiting Richmond area. We will book again! Thank you!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great place and great host. I stayed for two weeks and found everything I needed nearby and walkable, from restaurants to the Altria Center where I was performing. Very comfortable place and fast WiFi among other amenities. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I returned to Richmond.
