Stone Cottage

Stone Cottage lies in the Balele mountains with beautiful views and wonderful weather. While offering guests a peaceful and comfortable stay, the farm can also challenge others to hikes and leisurely walks. Please ask us about the routes. The working farm has cattle, a handful of sheep, horses and chickens. It is a place of tranquility and beauty. The perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle. Please feel free to use the various picnic spots along the mountain streams.

Apple Cottage

Apple cottage is a gorgeous spacious cottage, nestled in a tree'd garden, a walk away from the centre of Wakkerstroom, all the restaurants, the Vlei & bird hides. Park your car and stroll anywhere around town. With 1 bedroom, bathroom en suite, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and lounge with fireplace, it has everything you need. Bed has electric blankets and gas & fin heaters are provided. Come and relax and unwind in this historic little cottage.

Vlei House

A large, comfortable, self - catering holiday house. Walking distance to both the Wetland Reserve and Wakkerstroom Village. Tranquil, with a very large garden that leads onto the 'vlei'. It is perfectly located within Wakkerstroom. We deliberately do not have wifi or television so as to enjoy the 'digital detox' that Wakkerstroom offers. There is erratic mobile network coverage in Wakkerstroom and at Vlei House. There are TVs at the hotel and some pubs, in need.

Estee House

Estee House is a home away from home situated in Newcastle, Central. The house is tastefully decorated with modern finishings. It has a fully fitted beautiful kitchen with granite tops. Very neat and secure. It is close to both hospitals and the Newcastle Mall. Housekeeping will be done free off-charge every alternate day. Change of towels are available on request. It is ideal for long stays with quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Wakkerstroom "Vlei House".

A lovely characterful home bordering on the scenic Wakkerstroom wetland. A prime birding area, peaceful, quiet and easy walking distance to the village and it's variety of shops, resturant, pubs etc. Sweeping views of the wetland and mountains, perfect for bird and storm watching. Lush and green in summer, dryer in the winter months.
