Hyggelig villa centralt placeret i Dragør. Villaen er beliggende tæt på både vand, by, offentlig transport, Københavns Lufthavn og København Centrum. Villaens hjerte, som er køkken-alrummet, er nyrenoveret og med direkte udgang og udkig til husets rummelige have. Villaen rummer 4 sovepladser fordelt i to værelser (se fotos af daybed). Der er mulighed for at medbringe madrasser til husets sidste værelse eller telt til haven. Haven indeholder stenterasse hvor bl.a. en gasgrill er placeret.

Skansehage

Bo på en magisk 150m2 husbåd midt i København med 360° udsigt til vand, egen badestige og 200 meter til metro. Skansehage er en 32 meter lang husbåd fra 1958 bygget i træ, nu forvandlet fra bilfærge til en flydende bolig. Mulighed for at bade både vinter og sommer. Store fordæk og agterdæk med urban farming, udespisning, og solbadning. Der er 5 meter til loftet inde med åbent leverum med køkken, spise og sofastue. Underdæk er der 2 kahytter og 1 master bedroom samt toilet, bad og musikscene.

Hyggeligt hus til en lille familie

Familievenligt hus først i haveforening på Amager. Huset er bedst egnet til max 3 voksne + barn eller 2 voksne med 2 børn. Beliggende mellem lufthavn (4km) og Centrum af Kbh (5 km). Åbent miljø hvor fællesskab er i højsædet. Hygge & simple living. Have med trampolin. Tæt på indkøb og på bus. 1 km til shoppingcentret Fields, gode cafeer og bagerier, metro og togstationen "Ørestad". I er velkomne de perioder hvor vi ikke selv benytter huset 😊 Jeg møder mine gæster som jeg selv vil mødes 😊

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

We have one double bed, 2 single beds (bunk bed) No animals or smoking aloud in the house.
