Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are already packed and waiting. Pets are welcome. The grill is full of propane.

If you are looking for a family retreat, this is the best place for you! The pool and patio gives you plenty of space to play or relax. The outdoor kitchen gives you the opportunity to grill on the Bull 38' in propane gas grill. This home is fully equipped to make your family stay stress-free. Note: We love animals, but we do not have the space that they deserve; there will be a $350 fine for any pets brought in. As of April 2024, pool temperature will be set to 80 degrees all year round.

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. See manatees, dolphins, gators and a plethora of birds and other wildlife! Please do not tresspass on neighboring properties.

Pelican Coast

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful waterfront house. It is located on a canal of the Caloosahatchee River and has direct gulf access and its wonderful beaches to enjoy an excellent vacation. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.
