The 2nd floor suite has ocean view balcony, 2 queen beds, full bathroom, TV, small fridge & coffee pot. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king bed & a full bathroom. Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house. You may find seaweed/sargassum on the beach shoreline from seasonal shifting currents and weather patterns in the region.

BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
