Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Come stay at one of the original lake houses in the Bay. Constructed in 1930 has all the charms of a lake house you would expect. It was named the grey owl. The views are amazing. The enclosed porch is so relaxing and views from every corner. The house is right on the point so you have a clear view to the northwest to look out over the bay to the lake with the white mountains in the background. Private beach in the make no wake zone. Walk to everything Alton has to offer.
