There are 4-season activities in the area: bike, hiking and ski trails close by. Private beach, raft (no dock), canoe/kayaks, and beach toys. Great gathering place: our family has enjoyed many special events here! HOWEVER, if you are looking for a place to have loud parties, this is not for you. This rental is in a neighborhood and we respect our neighbors.

Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

A 30min drive will get you to Gunstock Resort or Mount Major. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and views from the elevated deck, while you sit around a gas fireplace. The interior provides a spacious open concept layout with a large couch, 75" TV and a stocked kitchen. Enjoy the health benefits of the relaxing Infrared Sauna.
