The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio.
