Residential area to come in your own vehicle and res at my house, without giving up the proximity of interesting places & beaches.Due to urban regulations and to respect our neighbors, noise is not allowed from 11pm to 8am, bachelor parties, or parties Music is allowed if its volume does not bother anyone. Están totalmente aisladas y cuentan con entrada independiente desde la calle y amplia y soleada terraza para los inquilinos. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en todas las habitaciones. The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.
