One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Modest rustic charm with knotty pine, stone fireplace, old style and faded carpeting, but it is very clean and cozy. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, excellent Wi-Fi, big screen TV and large selection of dvds. Please understand infants and small children are not recommended.
