Effortless Elegance in the Historic 9th District of Vienna

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Die Wohnung beeindruckt mit ihrer hellen & einladenden Atmosphäre, nur 15 Min. zu Fuß oder 10 Min. mit dem Bus vom Zentrum entfernt. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet im geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett und Schreibtisch eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Über ein paar Stufen gelangt man zur großzügigen Wohnküche mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche & zum Badezimmer mit praktischem Waschtrockner. In Gehweite befinden sich gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.

Welcome to our generous 52sqm apartment near the city centre. Metro station U6 "Währinger Straße-Volksoper (U6)" and tram 40,41 and 42 is just a 3 min walk and you can reach the first district (University of Vienna, Rathaus, Burgtheater...) in less than 7 minutes.(4 tram stops, any of the 3 tram-lines)! Round the flat you will find supermarkets, traditional viennese coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacys, the Economic development institute WIFI and the AKH hospital is also close by.

Splendid apartment in historical building, 1909, last floor with two roof-decks, panoramic views and perfect natural light atmospheres, spacious rooms with high ceiling, cable TV, WI-FI, open living room with kitchen as well as chilling room for guests in Vienna. Parquet. Spacious bath room with bathtub. Toilet in extra room. Very charming place in one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna with plenty of history around (museums, restaurants, bars).
