Cozy, functional, convenient space to recharge and regroup on your journey! This is a SMALL unit attached to our garage - humble, but includes all the necessities. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.

Sea Otter (fka Sandbug) - Tiny Tranquility

Superb craftsmanship abounds in this bright and cozy tiny home in Tiny Tranquility park looking out onto a stunning Evergreen perimeter.  Relax after a day at the beach on some cozy chairs and a sitting area that doubles as a full bed.  Enjoy the wood burning stove inside or watch the stars at night from the deck.  Cooking galore in a full kitchen, with four burner gas stove, fridge and plenty of countertop. Sleeping includes a queen in a large loft and a full bed on the main level.

You can hear and watch the waves curl in whitewater surf from the Great Room, Den and Master Bedroom, or step outside to a deck with a hot tub! We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Fully stocked with thoughtful amenities, plus a Tesla charger on site.

If are looking for comfy home with a stunning ocean view within walking distance of Yachats restaurants and shops, our house is for you! Watch the waves roll in, the sun set, the birds fly by, and occasionally whales and sea lions from our comfy home. Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

A River Cottage for Every Season

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

Beachcomber- Our Jewel By The Sea

This is a spacious, gorgeous beachfront home with amazing views from every window. You walk off the large deck onto the sandy beach. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy! Lovely and fresh this house is super clean and beautifully furnished.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.
