Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Distante 6km da Arco, nelle vicinanze del Lago di Garda, ideale per una vacanza rilassante e home working, per gli amanti del trekking, MTB, arrampicata e passeggiate nella natura. Dotata di tutti i confort abitativi, dispone di ampio giardino recintato (300 mq), parcheggi auto privati e zona relax esterna per trascorrere serate in compagnia. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.

A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.
